Opps seems like I have been updating my blog recently...
Ok than I shall update abt what I have being doing(mayb quite boring)....

1st: Last week I think, I give my Di yi chi to my dear... LOL dun think too much... what I mean is 1st time make sushi... hee
dint take pics while me and my sis are in the process of making sushi coz our kitchen is in a mess our hand are too bz to take pics...

Get ready with all this Ingredients before you start:
- 5 cups of cooked sushi rice
- 1/4 cup of Japanese rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Here is the step of making sushi:
Wash your rice
This may seem like a chore, but it is necessary to remove talc and starch.
- Carefully measure 2 cups of raw short grain rice.
- Yields approximately 5 cups of cooked rice
- Wash the rice in a large bowl of cold water. Gently rub the grains together with your fingers. The water in your bowl will quickly turn a milky colour.
- Carefully tip your bowl to drain off the cloudy water.
- Fill your bowl with fresh water and repeat the process above until the water is almost clear.
- Place the rice in a sieve and let it drain for about an hour.

How to cook the rice
1. Place 2 cups of washed rice into a heavy saucepan
2. Add 2 cups of water
3. Make sure to put on a tight-fitting lid and bring to a boil on high.
4. Never remove the lid!
5. Turn heat to low and let your rice simmer for 15 minutes
6. Remove pot from heat.
7. Lift the lid and stretch a tea towel over the pot. Replace the lid and let the rice finish steaming for another 15 minutes.

3rd: Watching On Air recently... Not bad, watch till epi 14 already... but I would prefer Kim Ha Neul and Park Yong Ha instead of the Kim Ha Neul and the old man. hem

4th: Sat when to amk with Kristal, accompany her watch looney toons. Quite stupid lah sing 2 song and dance ard then the show end...LOL After the show every family are allowed to take a photo with tweety, bugs bunny and Sylvester and here we are...
