Went for dinner at Shangri La The Line.

Have been hearing lots of review from frenz saying the food is nice... finally we give it a try.

What i like about The Line:

- Good spread of food

- Salmon & oyster are fresh

- Ambience are good

- Sevice are not bad

What i think is bad:

- The location very accessible, quite a far distance from the bus stop

- Too crowded thus it is quite squeeze when you are taking ur food

- Some of the food dun really taste yummy like dessert, prata etc

After our dinner, Dear say he want to bring me to some where to take photo.

So we took the lift up... and all of the sudden he ask mi to close eye... hmmm something fishy~~ haha

So i close my eye but i happend to peep n saw him pressing others lvl... at tt time i was thinking "did he book a room?" YES! He book a Tower Wing Horizon Club Executive Room

When i reach the room & open my eye i saw the TV showing a video of us make by him & handmade flower forming words "Marry Me" on the bed and he kneel down holding on the ring... asking me "Would You Marry Me?"

Omg!! finally this day have come... i have beeing waiting for it lor hahahhaa

YESH of coz i wan to Marry you hahaha

Although it may not be the best ideas or plan but I was really touch by the effort he made.

The handmade flower, buying present and of cause preparing everything for me.

As i didnt expect him to book a hotel room therefore i didnt bring any clothes to change or my make up remover, all i just bring is myself and my bag... but he prepare all my clothes, facial wash & make up remover etc. Nth for mi to worry so sweet of him

After saying "YES", we started taking alot of pics... haha

The hotel room are quite nice & big, although the deco seem abit "orbian".

I like the 2 small indoor balcony like space and also their big & spacious toilet.

The next day we wake up early for the buffet breakfast @ the line

The breakfast buffet was nice, lots of diff kind of juice & diff kind of bread for you.

After eating the breakfast we end back to our hotel room to take pic & rest before checking out.

They change the lift carpet everyday as we saw the word "Saturday" yesterday.. cool

Let talk abt the proposal ring:

I bought it at Meyson heart & arrows series. I feel that their rings are rather nice & cheap.

My proposal ring from meyson

Ya the brand may not be as popular as Sookee, Leehwa etc but the quality may not lose to them.

We choose & buy the proposal ring together, i m not very particular on the Carats... i dun need a big Carat ring instead i more concern about the Clarity, Cutting & Color.

The 4 important point of a diamond - 4C (Carat, Clarity, Cutting, Color):

-Carat

Think most of the ppl shl know what is Carat, it mean the size/ weight of the diamond.

Of coz the bigger the Carat the more expensive of the Diamond is.

-Clarity

Clarity is determined by the amount of flaws. Clarity grades from Flawless to imperfect 3.

However the "inclusions" cannot be seen by our eye we need to viewed under 10 power (10x) magnification but it will affect shine of ur diamond as it interfere the light passing through the diamond.

Chart of Clarity:

Flawless - No Inclusion

Internally Flawless (IF) - No Inclusion only blemishes

Very Very Slightly Included (VVS1 and VVS2) - Contain minute inclusions that are difficult for a skilled grader to see under 10X magnification

Very Slightly Included (VS1 and VS2) - Contain minor inclusions that range from difficult (VS1) to somewhat easy (VS2) to see under 10X magnification

Slightly Included (SI1 and SI2) - Contain noticeable inclusions that are easy (SI1) or very easy (SI2) to see under 10X magnification

Included (I1, I2, and I3) - Contain inclusions that are obvious under 10X magnification

-Cutting

Cutting is an impt factor, as having a good cutting it will give the maximum amount of light to be reflected through the diamond which will make the diamond shine brightly.

Excellent Cut/ Pefect Cut (HW Grade 1 to 1+)

Good Cut (HW Grade 2 to 3)

Average Cut (HW Grade 4)

Irregular Cut (HW Grade 7 to 8)

-Color

It means the color of the Diamond, an ideal diamond will be colorless which allows light to pass through it easily.

Color Range:

Colorless (D,E,F)

Near Colorless (G,H,I,J)

Slightly Tinted (K,L,M)

Very Light Yellow (N,O,P,Q,R)

Light Yellow (S,T,U,V,W,X,Y,Z)

Before we bought the ring me & dear having been looking ard for good ring & my buget for the ring is MAX $1000, dont wish to spend so much $$ on a ring as long as the diamond shine well & design are nice.

We went to Love & co, Sookee, Citigrems, Taka & Lee Hwa.

Love the design of Love & Co, saw 2 design that i like but over my budget.

Citigrems price range are reasonable, within my budget & there is one particular design i like but the diamond color seem yellowish and it not a prefect cutting.

Didnt saw any deisgn i like from LeeHwa & Sookee most of the ring are just one plain diamond where i personally prefer a big Diamond in the middle with small little diamond at the ring areas

Last station Meyson

Saw one particular design i like & the diamond have good cutting (Heart & Arrow) and it is cheap.

I think my ring is totally a great buy! Cheaper then others with good cutting, good color & good clarity..

The sales person told me the ring i bot are their signature design n the diamond are the higher quality in their stores.

I did ask why are their price cheaper then others?

they told me coz they dun do advertisement for the brand, they use the advertisement $ and provide a cheap and good quality rings to customer.
