We reach there at about 4.30pm & saw the Q to buy ticket are really long!! I am glad that i bought the ticket through online, no need Q & still got discount. hoho

The Aquarium ticket also consist of the entry of The Maritime Experiential Museum but we didn't walk ard much in the Maritime Museum.
The aquarium is full of people, hardly can get a chance to take photo with those fishes.

World Biggest Tank!! But i am not very amazed by it. I found it soso, i prefer those small tank fish more colourful & special.
After finishing exploring, we went to Ocean Restaurant for our dinner.
Nice decoration, fine dinning & good view of the fishes.
Both of us order the 4 set course meal @ S$138 (excluding GST & SVC)

While waiting for our food to be serve we took pic with the fishes & enjoy the view.
The staffs are very friendly too, they are very kind enough to initiate to help us take photo.
The food are so yummy-licious!
Complimentary dish. Bacon creme & potato.
The waiter told us that the chief will have different complimentary dish each day, so thoughtful.
Appetiser: 42C Sous Vide Salmon
Great combination of the Salmon & the fruit. The Salmon are so soft & it taste so appetising with orange & grapefruit.
Soup: Cream of Sunchoke
As you can see from the pics, there are few PIECES(not BITS) of Truffle on top! The fragrance of the Truffle add point to the soup… YUMMY!
Main Dish: Braised 'Boneless' Beef Short Rib & Wagyu Striploin
Love the 'Boneless' Beef, outer part are crispy & inner part are tender. I feel that the Wagyu beef are not raw enough for my liking but lucky the meat are quite tender so overall still nice =)
Dessert: Vacherin
My 1st taste of the dessert was.. WHAT IS THIS!?
But surprisingly my subsequent tasting, i eventually love the dessert and i feel it is too little.. I WANT MORE!
Overall:
If you are not that interested in the aquarium you may just visit the restaurant by entering from the car park.
I like their food but seriously the food are quite pricey (total bill including drink, GST & SVC:$338), unless you just eat the main dish but it don't seem to be full.
I think its a good place to celebrate anniversary or birthday with your love one as the atmosphere, services & food are good!
Remember to make reservation earlier, as the it is often fully booked & if you want to sit beside the tank do indicate when you making your reservation.

After we finish our dinner is around 8pm… the Aquarium is closing left very few people inside… we took some pic with the fishes while walking out… no photo bomb! =)
