Went to Cafe Mosiac @ Carlton Hotel for their buffet dinner as currently UOB is having a Promotion 1 for 1 Buffet @ Cafe Mosiac from 1 June till 31 Aug 2013.
Dinner: 6.30pm to 10.30pm
Sundays to Thursdays $68++ ($80nett) per adult , $34++ ($40nett) per child
Fridays & Saturdays $88++ ($103.6nett) per adult , $44++ ($51.8nett) per child
When we came in the 1st thing i saw is JACKFRUIT!!! omg i love Jackfruit so far this is the only buffet i went that serve Jackfruit. so Happy! The dessert look good too!
We ate many round of the main dish, on the 5th round i told dear omg i can heard the Jackfruit & dessert calling for me, dear told me he also can heard. LOL So we decided to get the fruit & dessert after this round.
Super Heng we took the Jackfruit earlier coz after we finish eating the jackfruit we found that they have change the jackfruit to dragonfruit which we don't really like.
The variety of the food are not really alot but the most of the food taste really yummy!
Love the oyster, salmon, prawn, butter chicken, roasted duck, steak, fried bean spout, cold noodle, Jackfruit Durian Pengat & dessert.

Didnt took the cooked food pic from the counter, i just took the 4 yummy dish i love: Steak, Roasted Duck, Fried Bean Spout & Durian Pengat
Dessert Corner:
Overall we are happy with the food, however i think if there is no promotion the price are way too ex ($103.6 per person!!).
So if you want to give a try, go during this promotion period more worth it.
