Finally long waited holiday came but *zooomm* very fast over le... Ok this will be a long post with a lot of words!

This is the 1st time i went to taiwan & some more we are going over for wedding photo taking was pretty excited about the holiday & the photo taking session.

One day before i fly, I took half day leave to go home & iron clothes, pack luggage & do my nails.

On Friday we took 8.30am flight by Tiger Airway to Taiwan, but there is delay of ard 1 hour during the take off.

That was the 1st time i took budget airline, was quite shocked when i saw the plane so small!!!

Must prepare drama or movie on ur HP/IPAD to entertain yourself else sure bored to death.

WELCOME 2 TAIWAN~~~!!

Reach Taiwan Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 ard 2.00pm, straight after collecting our luggage we went to buy sim card.

Once you walk out of the arrival hall facing the road turn right & walk till the end, the sim card stall is somewhere near the toilet. There are 3 operators selling sim card, we choose "ZHONG HUA" 中華電信 sim card for 7days 3G unlimited data.

After buying our sim card we walk all the way to the left side to go take UBus to take High Speed Rail (HSR) to Taipei.

Some small hiccup we encounter:

By the time we reach Taipei we are already super hungry coz we only eat one meal which is early in the morning 6.30am at Changi Airport Burger King. So we went to 7-11 at Taoyuan HSR station to buy some drinks and food to fill out stomach. Since there is still some time before the train come at 3.15pm, after buying the food we went down to the platform and eat while waiting... At 3.14pm there is a train coming but not toward Taipei, at that moment we feel something is wrong so we walk over to see the train direction board & realise we are in the wrong platform, this side train does not go to Taipei!!! So we quickly drag our luggage and take escalator up and run to the next platform... when we run to the next platform our train already arrived, so we dashed toward our cabin number. Phew lucky we manage to reach b4 the train left, else must re-buy the ticket again? Aiyo still happily sit down and eat my Doraemon cake and taking pics...

Expenses:

1. Sim Card - NT$500

2. U Bus - NT$30

3. HRS - NT$175 (with allocated seat additional NT$5)

Its take around 30mins from Taoyuan HSR station to Taipei HSR Station.

Reach Taipei Station at ard 4pm, the station is quite messy alot of different direction & people but you can rest assure as there are sign board around thus just follow the sign board you will find your way to Taipei Metro.

We bought our Easy card at Taipei Station, deposit NT$100 and top up NT$500.

We took Metro down to Ming Quan West Road Station(民權西路站) where my hotel & bridal studio are located, Ming Quan West Road Station(民權西路站) are just 3 station away from Taipei Main Station.

We went to check in our hotel (KHotel柯達) and settle our luggage in the room and walk over to France Paris Studio(法國巴黎) which is just opposite our hotel. At that time we are already quite slag rushing around.

Choosing gown

1. Choose & try our gown and suit, for ladies need to choose 5 gown -> 3 night gown & 2 white gown.

If you have some idea what type of gown you like to wear just tell them, they will take out similar design for you to try on.

If you does not have any idea like me, dun worry they will recommend you some gown for you to try out.

The staff are very friendly, they are willing to help you get more gown to try if you are not satisfied with those they took out.

Total she give me try out 10 gown and from there i choose 5 gown for the photo taking, most of the gown i tried are so beautiful wanted to wear it all LOL

2. After deciding the 5 gown, immediately they will sew the gown to fit your size, ard 15-20mins of waiting time the gown are really to try again.

3. After settling my gown we walk down to GEMS to try out Dear's suit, oh guys are so much simple and faster LOL

The stuff who serve us at GEMS are very friendly, his name is Xiao Zhang. He recommend us what are the nice food ard here and told us some of his funny experience in Singapore.

4. Finally finish trying all gown & suit, we walk back to France Paris to choose our shooting location.

By the time we were super tired and hungry we want to faster choose and end it for the day, but the girl are still busy serving others which make us abit piss off. I understand its normal as there are quite a number of customer there but cant help to get piss off as we are really tired and hungry.

OK chop chop choose only 2 place then settle, off to our dinner!

By the time we settle finish all out stuff it's already 8pm, we just drop by nearest cafe to eat.

The food taste soso only, but who care i am super hungry got food can le!

If you are signing package with France Paris i would recommend you to stay at Khotel, it is more connivence to stay somewhere near your studio for 3 reason:

1. You got to reach the studio early in the morning at 7.30am on the photo taking day.

2.After one whole day of tiring photo taking, they will drive back to the studio so if you stay somewhere near you just need to walk back no need to take Metro, bus or taxi back your hotel. For lazy people like me.. lol

3. One day before you leave Taiwan you need to go down to collect your big photo frame and the free gift, so it will be more connivence to stay near where you can take and walk back to hotel and put your stuff & off to shopping. Instead of walking ard with the big photo frame.

Overall i was quite satisfied with KHotel:

1. Although it is not located at Ximending but quite near & easy to travel to others places.

2. The hotel staff are friendly & helpful.

3. The hotel room are clean and comfy, they will replenish your drinking water, tea, shampoo etc daily.

4. Their breakfast are not bad
5. Within walking distant you can find Mac Donald, Waston, 7-11, Family Mart, Mos Burger, 50 Lan bubble tea (50 岚), Bank etc...

Its cost $145.61 per night, the price maybe abit pricy but i think its quite worth it.

If you taking Tamsui line (Red), take exit 1.

If you taking Huilong/ Luzhou line (Yellow), take exit 7(escalator) or 8(stair).

Whichever exit you taking just walk straight and cross the traffic light when you are in the junction and turn right to the hotel, if you going to the studio walk straight and turn right when u are in the junction *do not cross the traffic light*
