After our breakfast, we took train down to Ximending
We went to Onitsuka Tiger store (Liz) 1st to check out the design.

Dear prefer SERRANO & ask me to get that, i cant really make up my mind. After thinking for awhile i decided to buy SERRANO.
However the shop here dun have 5% tax rebate, SIANZ. But no choice Sogo does not carry SERRANO.
I also help my sis & bro-in-law to look our for their shoes... They try out their shoes size in SG Vivo Onitsuka Tiger Shop and watsapp me the design & the size. My bro-in-law try 10.5 in SG but sales girl in the Liz shop told us Onitsuka Tiger dun carry 10.5 they only have size 10 & 11 and say if have 10.5 de is fake... hmmmm Vivo shop sell fake one? Quite impossible leh... Ok nvm i just bought mine first, later then go to Sogo & check out for size 10.5 and also to buy my sis & dear shoes.

After buying our shoes we walk ard ximending and we happened to see MODERN TOILET RESTAURANT which is very near Liz shop!!!
Actually we plan to go there eat but dunno why we didn't search for the location & put it in our itinerary but never mind eventually we found it! haha
That day was quite windy and cold so we both order hotpot.
Thanks to the hotpot which help to warm us... To my surprise i found the soup quite yummy at least the soup dun taste so bland like the KAO CHI, and it does not taste too salty too. There are lots of ingredients too, very filling.
After the hotpot we eat the "SAI" ice cream... which made us cold again.. *burr*

Oh ya!! We saw someone who look like KANG GARY!!! The 1st moment i saw him i quickly go tell dear "Hey that guy look like Kang Gary leh" then dear say "Ya, i also notice lor"

Overall view for the Modern Toilet Restaurant, i think the Food is nice (HOTPOT only, the rest i not sure coz nv try it out but i heard from my friend the western food there not nice), pricing are quite reasonable but environment soso only look a bit old.

After a very full of Toilet Lunch... we continue our shopping, yeah... Energy Charged!
Walking ard Ximending & we saw a shop at lvl 2 sell a lots of figuring.
The shop really have alot of figuring, if you are looking for one piece, iron man, bleach figuring can drop by here and take a look. We bought one set of One Piece & 3 Iron Man Figuring from that shop.

Found that ximending sell lots of "The Line" character, its cheaper then SG more & choice too.
Ard 5.30pm the skies started to turn dark, the skies here turn dark quite early as compare to Singapore. Thus we always mix up the timing taught it was quite late liao but actually still early.
We went back to FuXing Sogo for onitsuka tiger shoes & porter bag.
Went to ask Sogo sales person for size 10.5, they also say Onitsuka Tiger does not carry size 10.5.. WEIRD!!!
Argh, forget it just help my sister get hers & dear also bought one.
Due to annual sale all Onitsuka tiger shoes are having 10% discount. But too bad SERRANO shoes are not available in Sogo else got further discount.
Some design got additional discount which cost NT$2100 (S$91+) while SG sell it at S$169 - Super good DEAL.
Next we went to buy Porter Bag (Birthday Present for dear) - NT$5400 (S$234.35)
Went to take a look at Melissa Shoes, it is also cheaper the SG. Plus they also having 20% discount.. GOOD DEAL!
So i bought one Mel Dreamed by Melissa only S$50++
After a day of shopping with lots bulky bags we decided to go back our hotel and put our stuff 1st then go out buy dinner back to hotel eat... Love Khotel, so many shop near by so convient =)

We bought bubble & Cup noodles...
The Bubble tea is damn cheap lor!!! One Large cup u can get it at NT$35 (S$1.5) while Singapore sell it at $3-$4++.
Dunno why when i go oversea i like to buy their cup noodles and try, when i was in korea i bought cup noodle for supper almost everyday. lol

OMG~! I didn't know i bought Mexico 66 till i went back to hotel to took pic =.=
I also didn't realise i pay more $$ if i am buying for SERRANO…. hmm I Ming Ming (明明) got check when she show me the shoes... Dear asked me to bring back tml to change i told him nvm bah i doubt can change coz this design cost NT$200 more then the others. (*heng she give me the wrong shoes coz i prefer this design now*) lol

I came across your blog while doing my research on where to go in Taipei for my upcoming trip.
I would like to check the exit at Xi Men Ding towards the Ah Zong Mian Xian that area is exit 6? And for the porter bag and the melissa shoes that you bought, how much cheaper is it comparing to Singapore and can I get the tax refund back?
