22 Nov is Pekky & Wei Foong big day =) I feel honoured that Pekky asked me to be one of her bridesmaid.
Its my 1st time being someone's bridesmaid but luckily all the other bridesmaid were also new to this except for Pekky's sister.
So we were all so noob and didnt know what to do haha
We woke up at 3am to prepare & took a cab down to Shereen's place(one of the bridesmaid before heading to Pekky's hse.
I think I woke up the earliest, even earlier then the bride herself. LOL
Reached Pekky's hse at 5.30am, changed into my bridesmaid dress & idle a bit as the other bridesmaid were getting ready.
Ard 6.15am, we started to prepping for all the gate crashing games... hee hee *evil grin*

Getting Ready the game for the groom & his groomsmen

Ard 6.35am the groom & his groomsmen were all here to fetch the bride, yeah Dear was also one of the groomsmen haa.

Before they can enter they need to first get pass us with our games prepared specially for them...
Actually the ladies are all very sweet angels and are very lenient with the games, as we didnt want them to get diarrhea or dirty their clothes or do something that is too "unglam".
Seriously I felt there is no need to play it too hash & I think it is not very nice to let those guys wear pamper/ or underwear etc. Its so disgraceful and also, by doing that what would we achieve?.
Overall, I think the gate crashing was a little chaotic as we were taking too long & those guys keep playing cheat. In order not to past the auspicious timing we had to cut it short. LOL
After we are done with gate crash, the groom proceed to fetch the bride. Felt so happy for them =)

Off to the groom's place
Next we went to the groom's place for the tea ceremony, then back to the bride's hse for photo taking & tea ceremony. All went well within the set time frame.

The morning session finish at 12.30pm, so me & dear took a cab back.
It was super rush for me because I had to get ready & go to takashimaya for my make up at 3.30pm. Just nice I got YSL free makeover session till end of nov so must fully utilise it. hoho
So once I reached home, when dear went ahead to take a short nap, I had to bathe and prepare for the wedding dinner and rush down to takashimaya straight away.
Thanks to IRAN from YSL who helped me with my makeup and did a wonderful job, I really loved the results =)
After getting my makeup done, I walked over to 313 to meet Dear and another groomsmen, Josh. Josh was Wei Foong's secondary school mate and coincidentally was also Dear's NS camp mate. What a small world indeed (small country).
When we reached the hotel, we got ourselves settled down and started to delegate tasks & got ready to welcome the guests.

It was super chaotic at the reception as there were so many guests and the name list wasn't very detail. So it took some time to search for the guest's name but lucky there wasn't any big issue.
Around 7.45pm, the dinner started but I had only managed to go in at 8pm after settling the name-list.
I am glad that I seated with people I know because they are so nice and were kind enough to help me keep some food when I wasn't around at the table.

At about 8:30pm, the bridesmaid & groomsmen went out to prepare for the 2nd march in. I was super nervous and I was so afraid that I might fall down or do something stupid & indeed, it happened. I did something wrong, LOL. As I was the first to march in, I had stopped earlier then previously agreed because of the misunderstanding of the word, "first seat." I was told to stop at the first seat when we enter the ballroom. I mistook it as the first seat that was closest to me but they were actually referring to the first seat that was closest to the stage. Luckily the subsequent bridesmaids just reacted accordingly and covered up my mistake. Phew.

A photo with the bride -.-
When its close to our turn to take the group photo with the bride and groom, naturally the groomsmen requested the people at our table to stand up and standby to take the group photo.
But after the bride and groom finish photo-taking with the table beside us, they turned & walked towards another table instead of ours.. and they just kept going further n further away.
LOL we were quite stunted as they walked away, but never mind, since we have all stood up might as well take a group photo ourselves.... WEFIE Time!

My lunch kakis

Nearing the end of the dinner, the bride & groom finally remembered us & came back to take the group photo with us.
The Wedding dinner ended ard 11.15pm.

Finally a decent photo with the bride & groom
Once again I would like to congratulate to Wei Foong & Pek Hwa on their marriage and I wish them 早生贵子, which means “may you have a son soon.”... haah
